Customize Your Tabbed Search Box (see generic example below):
Step 1:	Select default tab:
Step 2:	Enter your Clickbank ID:	Your ClickBank Affiliate ID is required. For more information about ClickBank and Affiliate IDs, please see the ClickBank Affiliate FAQ page. To create your Affiliate ID, please visit the ClickBank Signup Form.
Step 3:	Add a tracking TID (optional):	Your ClickBank Tracker ID (TID) is optional. As an affiliate, a ClickBank TID provides the power to track and manage your campaigns by tying a specific sale back to the promotion or site that initiated it. For example, you can track which sites or PPC campaigns are generating sales by using TIDs. For more information about ClickBank TIDs, please see the ClickBank Tracker ID FAQ page.
Step 4:	Select default state:	The default state is the state that will automatically be selected when you place the code on your page. This is useful if you are placing this search box on a page that is specific to a single state, or if your website is devoted entirely to a single state. If you want the default to be nationwide search, simply leave the selection as 'Nationwide'.
Step 5:	Build custom tabbed search box:	Affiliate ID is required and must be between 5 and 10 characters long. Please use alphanumeric characters only. *Tracker IDs must be no more than 8 characters long.
Step 6:	Click 'Build Search Box' to enable download.
