How many searches do I get to conduct?
For as long as you're a member, you get UNLIMITED* search access in our member interface, which includes over 400 million public records!

Are there any recurring charges for membership?
Membership payment is a one-time fee only and will not automatically renew.
What is your return policy?
If you can't find the record you're looking for, contact our support department and we'll be happy to assist you. If we cannot find the information - or if you're not satisfied with your membership - we will refund your purchase. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
How do I change my username or password?
To change your password - or if you've forgotten your login information - follow these instructions:
- Go to the login page
- Enter your email address into the forgot password section
- Click the change password link provided to you in the corresponding email

How do I extend my membership?
To extend your Public Records Pro membership after expiration, click the "extend membership" link within your account interface. You can extend your membership for an entire year for just one low-time fee.
